Thank you guys. Nice to have more HBO HD channels. We need more pay service channels in HD, Stars, Cinemax and Showtime, please. Still wondering where HD Theater is and what channel is INDEMAND HD???? Plus, do your VOD movies have closed captions?????? if so how do I get it to work??? Questions for us older customers.

Richard: In New Bern, NC, as of today, you should be able to find Stars HD on channel 751; Cinemax HD on 681; and Showtime HD on 701. HD Theater is now Velocity. It is included on the HD Plus tier, channel 201. iNDemand HD is offered pay-per-view. The pay-per-view channels start at 871. Regarding closed captioning, it is up to the movie providers to supply this service, and most do. I believe set top boxes in your part of the country have the SARA channel guide. With that channel guide, when watching a movie, you should be able to press the Menu (Settings) button on your remote, scroll down to CC, and set up from there.
