Last Chance for Two Nominated Titles On Demand

The clock is ticking on two Oscar-nominated Suddenlink On Demand titles.

The rental window closes Wednesday, Jan. 21, on “Before Midnight.”   The romantic drama has been nominated for best adapted screenplay.

You’ll have until Friday, Jan. 31, to catch “The Great Gatsby.” The 2013 film adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s beloved novel has earned Oscar nominations for best costume design and best production design.

Tonight: ESPN Looks at ‘84 Figure Skating Scandal

The Price of Gold,” a new installment of the Emmy-nominated ESPN “30 for 30” documentary series, premieres tonight, 8 p.m. CT. The special revisits the figure-skating scandal surrounding the 1994 Winter Olympics, when figure skater Nancy Kerrigan was attacked by an assailant later discovered to be the ex-husband of rival skater Tonya Harding.

According to ESPN, the “30 for 30” series was created to commemorate the network’s 30th anniversary with the production of 30 films from respected directors that offer their perspectives on “the issues, trends, athletes, teams, rivalries, games and events that transformed the sports landscape from 1979 to 2009.”

New On Demand: ‘Enough Said’

Comedy film “Enough Said” is now available through Suddenlink On Demand.

While her daughter prepares to leave for college, a divorced masseuse (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) starts dating a sweet but somewhat clueless man (James Gandolfini) with whom she shares a fun rapport, only to discover that he’s her new friend’s ex. It was Gandolfini’s last film performance before his death.
