Dispatcher James Bywater, Tyler, Texas, for co-founding Native Directions, a non-profit sobriety support organization assisting at-risk Native American children and their families.

Dispatcher Cathy Casey, Russellville, Ark., for excellent product knowledge and for the compassion and integrity she brings to her work.

Broadband Technician Justin Cassillas, Abilene, Texas, for assisting a customer in her home when she lost consciousness by calling 911 and family members.

Warehouse Worker Jose Colon, San Angelo, Texas, who displayed flexibility and an ability to learn quickly when he agreed to fill a vacated position in another department.

System Manager James Farrow and Retail Sales Manager Minnie Padilla, Victoria, Texas, for stopping a runaway car and rescuing a child in the back seat.
